I have been asked repeatedly how to start a local chapter of SOC-UM. This guide will enable you to begin the process and effectively assist in the promotion of positive change for our children. We must begin now to break the cycle and silence of child abuse
All information provided here is a copyright of the National Organization and all local Chapters must be approved and work within these guildlines. I am making this as easy as possible for you to be able to get your chapter up and running within a short period of time. It is neccessay that you read the consitution prior to enacting any chapter within your local area. All rules and regulations must be approved in accordance with the National goals. No chapter operationing under the umbrella of the National Organization shall enact any rules that have not been approved prior to enactment.

After reading this please let me know if you have any other questions. It is important to the children that we work as a team, in close contact, with each other. A report on local membership, funding, and related issues shall be submitted to the National Organization annually. At no time will a convicted child molester be admitted into any local chapter.
