Some would wonder what a child advocate site has in common with a site that is dedicated to the men and women who served this Country. Simply put, what greater future does the next generation have than a society that is free based on the sacrifices these dedicated men and women have given.

That being said, this wonderful Country has a black mark on it's history. The Vietnam conflict. I am not speaking of the war itself, that will be debated many times more throughout this nation. I am speaking of a conflict that is more pressing, urgent, and vital to heal part of the scars that the period of the Vietnam war created, the MIA/POW issue.

As a Vietnam era veteran I am continuously outraged when the issue of MIA/POW's still missing arises. How can we ever heal from this era in history when we have yet to account for all those who are still not home. Perhaps if each one of us were to become a little more involved we would be able to exert enough pressure to finally persuade our elected officials that we insist that no stone is left unturned in getting to the answers. That, in fact, we need to:
